- Monetary Authority of Singapore - Major Payment Institution licence and Financial Advisors licence

What will a Product Manager do?

- Break down messy, open-ended problem statements into clear parts, lay out the options, and prioritise them logically.
- Start every project with the user: study their workflows and pain points, and research competitors to understand what will actually get adopted.
- Think in systems rather than isolated features, understanding how each change connects to the wider product, workflows and data.
- Take end to end ownership of your projects while working closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing and Compliance, aligning them around your proposals through clear, evidence-backed communication.
- Write structured documentation of your research, proposals and requirements.
- Propose features and improvements to existing products, looking for reusable building blocks that solve for many customers rather than one-off requests.
- Build analytics reports and dashboards, and use data to decide what to build.
- Prototype ideas, automations and tools using code and AI tools.

You will be a great fit if you are -

- A Final year student or recent graduate (2025 or later) of an Undergraduate program of any Engineering or Science streams.
- Passionate about understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences, with a keen eye for detail.
- Someone who takes initiative and stays composed when things are ambiguous.
- A clear communicator who can explain technical and product ideas simply, backed by evidence.
- Comfortable with numbers, with a good understanding of Statistics, estimation and Data Analysis.
- A team player with strong communication and writing skills.

Bonus points if you have -

- Built projects with code using AI or LLM tools.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases and how software systems work together.
- Exposure to working with data, demonstrable via projects/coursework or past internships.
