The Role

Manage logistics operations at our new Monterrey plant, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound flow of materials and finished product, supporting production continuity and delivery commitments while keeping costs down.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate inbound deliveries from suppliers and outbound shipments to customers
- Oversee warehouse operations and inventory accuracy
- Optimise logistics processes and transport routes
- Work with production, supply chain and quality to keep operations smooth
- Implement Lean Logistics practices to reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards

Day to Day

- Plan daily logistics schedules
- Track shipments and deliveries
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers and internal teams
- Maintain warehouse organisation and stock accuracy
- Resolve material delays and shipping issues
- Report logistics KPIs to management

- On-time delivery above 98%
- Inventory accuracy above 99%
- Reduced logistics cost per unit
- Efficient warehouse and storage utilisation
- 100% safety compliance

What You Will Bring to Stark

- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Knowledge of logistics, warehouse management and transport planning
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- ERP/WMS proficiency
- English and Spanish communication skills
- 3-5 years in logistics, warehouse or supply chain coordination in automotive, EV or high-volume manufacturing

Nice to Have

- Experience with Lean Logistics, automated warehouses or route optimisation software
