Stark builds the world's most powerful electric motorcycles. From the VARG MX to the road-legal VARG EX & SM, our bikes have won world championships and are engineered to outperform anything with a combustion engine.
Headquartered in Barcelona and growing fast, Stark is now opening its first manufacturing plant in Mexico, in Apodaca, Monterrey (Nuevo León). This is a chance to be part of the founding team and shape the site from day one.

The Role
Perform mechanical maintenance on assembly equipment and machinery at our new Monterrey plant, ensuring uninterrupted production and optimal equipment performance.
What You'll Do
- Conduct preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement solutions
- Support installation and set-up of new machinery
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation
- Collaborate with production and engineering on continuous improvement
Day to Day
- Inspect machinery and mechanical components
- Perform repairs and replacements as needed
- Support production in resolving mechanical issues
- Ensure adherence to safety rules and SOPs
- Report maintenance activities to supervisors
How Success Is Measured
- Equipment uptime above 95%
- Reduction in unplanned mechanical failures
- Preventive maintenance compliance above 95%
- Zero safety incidents
What You Will Bring to Stark
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with industrial machinery
- Knowledge of TPM and Lean Maintenance
- English and Spanish communication skills
- 2-4 years in mechanical maintenance in automotive, EV or high-volume manufacturing
Nice to Have
- Experience with battery or motorcycle assembly machinery
- Certification in mechanical maintenance
- Experience with automated production lines
