Job Description
- Provide accurate verbal interpretation between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia during meetings, site visits, workshops, and project discussions.
- Translate project-related documents, reports, correspondence, presentations, and technical materials.
- Support communication between international stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Attend project meetings and prepare translation notes when required.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all translated materials.
- Assist the project management team in coordinating communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks related to project communication.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and English ; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.
- Proven experience as a Translator or Interpreter, preferably in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or data center projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and translate technical terminology related to construction and project management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment and on-site setting.
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Willing to be based at the project site as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Chinese contractors, consultants, or multinational project teams.
- Background in construction, engineering, project management, or data center projects.
- HSK certification or equivalent Mandarin language qualification is an advantage.
