Your work will support cost efficiency, protect profit margins, and ensure smooth operations for our customers and overhaul bases.
What You Will Be Doing

- Investigate and resolve exceptions: Identify discrepancies, omissions, duplication, anomalies, incomplete information and potential cost risks; raise clarification queries and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data or system issues.
- Make and escalate decisions: Approve, reject, return or escalate invoices, estimates and clawback cases in line with the defined authority matrix and appropriate risk channels.
- Deliver on time and with quality: Meet agreed turnaround times, quality targets and service levels for Aftermarket MRO invoicing, estimate vetting and clawback activities while monitoring workloads, ageing, outstanding cases and performance.
- Maintain accurate records and documents: Digitise, validate and upload configuration, policy and supporting documents into designated systems, ensuring information is accurate, current, traceable and compliant with governance requirements.

- Support controls and governance: Perform quality checks, maintain audit-ready records, support audits and governance reviews, and keep SOPs, procedures and reference materials current as requirements evolve.
- Improve and automate: Identify recurring issues and opportunities to strengthen controls, streamline processes, and digitise or automate analysis; partner with digital teams to design, test, implement and enhance approved solutions, and share knowledge across teams.
