Overview Microsoft 365 Copilot は、働き方そのものを再定義する AI アシスタントです。本ポジションは、日本のエンタープライズのお客様に対し、Copilot および AI エージェントの価値を技術的に証明し、全社展開へと導く Strategic Solution Engineer です。技術的な深さとビジネス視点の両方を活かし、お客様の意思決定者を技術で動かす、インパクトの大きい役割です。As a Copilot Strategic Solution Engineer, you will be the technical leader for Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agent engagements with Japan's largest enterprise customers - demonstrating value, designing secure and scalable deployments, and driving measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities 【技術提案】・エンタープライズのお客様に対する Microsoft 365 Copilot / Copilot Studio / AI エージェントの技術提案とデモンストレーション・お客様の業務課題をヒアリングし、ユースケースの発掘と ROI の定量化・PoC / パイロット導入の設計・実行・評価、および全社展開計画の策定支援・技術的な障壁（セキュリティ、コンプライアンス、データガバナンス、ネットワーク等）の特定と解消 【アーキテクチャ】・Microsoft 365、Entra ID、Purview、Graph を含む Copilot 導入基盤のアーキテクチャ設計・データセキュリティ・権限設計（oversharing 対策、機密ラベル運用）のベストプラクティス提示・Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry を活用したカスタムエージェント開発の技術支援 【顧客関係構築】・お客様の IT 部門、セキュリティ部門、事業部門の技術意思決定者との信頼関係構築・エグゼクティブ向けの技術ブリーフィング、ワークショップのファシリテーション・Sales / Customer Success / Partner / FastTrack と連携した One Microsoft でのお客様支援 【技術貢献】・社内外への技術ナレッジ共有、ブログ・登壇・ワークショップ等による技術的リーダーシップ発揮・お客様の声と現場の課題を製品グループへフィードバックし、製品改善に貢献・チーム内のメンタリング、技術力向上への貢献 Qualifications 【必須要件】・エンタープライズ IT 領域におけるプリセールス、ソリューションアーキテクト、技術コンサルタント等の経験 8年以上・Microsoft 365 / モダンワークプレイス、または生成 AI・AI エージェント領域における深い技術知見・大規模顧客に対する技術提案・PoC リードの実績・日本語：ビジネスレベル（ネイティブ相当）・英語：読み書き・会議参加ができるビジネスレベル・学士号以上（Bachelors） 【歓迎要件】・Microsoft 365 Copilot / Copilot Studio / Azure AI の実務経験・Entra ID、Microsoft Purview、Microsoft Graph を用いたセキュリティ・ガバナンス設計経験・LLM / RAG / プロンプトエンジニアリングに関する実践的知見・Microsoft 認定資格（MS-102、AI-102、SC-401 等）・技術コミュニティでの発信・登壇経験 This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. <hr> Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
