Overview Microsoft の AI Business Solutions (ABS) 部門では、Dynamics 365 と Microsoft Power Platform、そして Copilot / AI エージェントを活用し、エンタープライズのお客様のビジネスプロセス変革を支援しています。本ポジションは、Enterprise セグメントを担当する Solution Engineer チームを率いる People Manager です。技術的リーダーシップとピープルマネジメントの両面から、チームの成長とお客様の AI 変革の成功を牽引していただきます。We are looking for a Solution Engineer Manager to lead a team of technical pre-sales professionals focused on AI Business Solutions for enterprise customers in Japan. You will build and develop a high-performing team, drive technical strategy, and partner closely with sales leadership to accelerate customer AI transformation. Responsibilities 【ピープルマネジメント】・Solution Engineer チーム（IC）の採用、育成、パフォーマンスマネジメント・1:1、Connect、キャリア開発計画を通じたメンバーの成長支援・多様性と包括性を尊重し、心理的安全性の高いチーム文化を醸成・チームのスキルマップを把握し、技術スキル・ビジネススキル両面の育成計画を策定・実行 【技術リーダーシップ】・Dynamics 365、Power Platform、Copilot / AI エージェントを活用したソリューション提案の技術的品質を担保・重要案件におけるアーキテクチャレビュー、技術的リスクの特定と対応・顧客のビジネスプロセス課題を AI / 業務アプリケーションで解決するための技術戦略を策定・競合技術に対する差別化ポイントの明確化とチームへの展開 【顧客・ビジネス貢献】・エンタープライズのお客様の CxO / 技術意思決定者との信頼関係構築・Sales、Customer Success、Partner、Engineering と連携した One Microsoft でのお客様支援・四半期・年度のビジネス目標達成に向けたパイプライン管理と技術リソースの最適配置・お客様からのフィードバックを製品グループへエスカレーションし、製品改善に貢献 Qualifications 【必須要件】・エンタープライズ IT 領域におけるプリセールス、ソリューションアーキテクト、コンサルティング等の技術職経験 8年以上・ピープルマネジメント経験、またはチームリード／メンター経験 3年以上・ビジネスアプリケーション（ERP / CRM）、業務プロセス、またはデータ／AI 領域における深い知見・日本語：ビジネスレベル（ネイティブ相当）・英語：読み書き・会議参加ができるビジネスレベル・学士号以上（Bachelors） 【歓迎要件】・Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Copilot Studio / Azure AI の実務経験・大規模エンタープライズ顧客に対する技術提案・PoC リード経験・アジャイル／DevOps、クラウドアーキテクチャに関する知見・Microsoft 認定資格（Dynamics 365、Power Platform、Azure AI 関連）・パートナーエコシステムとの協業経験 This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. <hr> Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
