About this role

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills:

- Proven experience in the CFD/Forex industry.

- Strong Business Development background and a solid network within the LATAM trading industry.

- Good technical knowledge of trading and financial markets.

- Experience working with IBs, affiliates and/or other acquisition channels.

- It is important that the candidate is physically based in Mexico City.

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

- VIP & High-Net-Worth Client Management

- Conduct personalized sessions and meetings with VIP and high-net-worth clients.

- Develop long-term relationships with high-value clients and understand their investment and trading needs.

- Support the conversion and retention of high-value clients through a consultative, market-driven approach.

- Provide market insights and trading perspectives during client meetings, rather than focusing solely on traditional sales.

- Business Development & Partnerships

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with IBs, partners, affiliates, introducing agents and other key industry players in Mexico.

- Identify and develop new strategic business opportunities and partnerships.

- Expand the company's network and presence within the Mexican trading and investment industry.

- Support the development of key accounts and strategic partners.

- Market & Trading Expertise

Have strong knowledge of financial markets, trading products and market dynamics, particularly CFDs, Forex, commodities and indices.

- Be able to discuss market conditions, trading strategies and financial instruments with clients and partners at a high level.

- Conduct educational and market-focused sessions for clients, partners and internal teams.

- Stay up to date with relevant market developments and translate them into practical insights for clients and the team.

- Team Development & Mentorship

Provide guidance and mentorship to Business Developers and other members of the LATAM team.

- Train team members on market analysis, trading concepts, financial products and consultative sales techniques.

- Help the commercial team improve the quality of client conversations by combining sales skills with strong market knowledge.

- Act as a senior reference point for the team on trading and market-related topics.

- Local Market Leadership

Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategy for the Mexican market.

- Identify market trends, opportunities and challenges and provide regular feedback to management.

- Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences and client meetings.

- Strengthen the company's brand, reputation and relationships within the Mexican trading and investment community.
