The Data, Measurement and Analytics team partners alongside media sellers to help solve complex problems as trusted advisors to influence business decisions and prove Google’s value through data and measurement expertise in driving customer business outcomes.
As a Measurement Lead, you will be accountable for leading the
measurement strategy across the Consumer Goods, Government and Entertainment Large Customer Sales business within a specific domain of digital ads measurement. Specifically, you will be focused on owning our measurement-driven sales processes and showing customers the value of the business outcomes they achieve from their Google media investment.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive media and measurement strategy for customers and partner closely with a wide stakeholder group across vertical media teams, analytics, and go-to-market product teams to influence our future product roadmap.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $108000 - $154000 (USD) + 40% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 5 years of experience in digital media analytics, data analytics, measurement, or adtech roles.

- Experience working with measurement providers, data agencies, or advertisers.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience using product and domain expertise to increase product adoption.

- Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.

- Working knowledge of current Google Ads media products and summarizing the total opportunity for customers.

- Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close deals.

- Ability to be a thought leader of Google products and competitive landscape.

- Establish and execute sales strategies for specific clients to meet desired outcomes (e.g., business generation, product adoption, etc.), align product and business strategies to develop a roadmap, and provide feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategies.

- Identify business growth opportunities within the market and work with internal stakeholders to drive the business growth, marketing efficiency, and incremental investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.

- Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals.

- Share and scale best practices, learnings, and business strategies to upscale accounts, and link solutions and best practices to meet customer and Google business needs.

- Establish and drive customer trust in proxy metrics with differentiated values to more accurately reflect the impact of their media investment with Google.
