Spectrum Research & Frequency Allocation

- Research available frequency bands for UAV communication, video transmission, and SDR systems in target markets

- Monitor national frequency allocation tables and ITU Radio Regulations for relevant spectrum changes

- Identify unlicensed, licensed, and restricted bands applicable to our product portfolio

- Assess spectrum availability for new product development and inform design decisions early in the early product developmnet phases

Regulatory Licensing & Approvals

- Prepare and submit frequency assignment requests to national telecommunications regulatory bodies (e.g., НКЕК in Ukraine, (EU, ITU) FCC in USA, OFCOM in UK, BNetzA in Germany, and equivalents globally)

- Manage the full lifecycle of frequency permits — application, approval, renewal, and amendment

- Request special frequency allocations for defense, government, and commercial use cases

- Maintain a registry of all active licenses, their validity periods, and renewal schedules

Product Certification

- Prepare regulatory landscape summaries for new target markets as part of the go-to-market process

Monitoring & Intelligence

- Track regulatory changes across key markets that could affect product operation or certification status

- Monitor ITU World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC) outcomes and upcoming agenda items relevant to autonomous robotic systems spectrum

- Maintain awareness of competitor regulatory strategies and spectrum usage
