Our Aftersales team is seeking a Customer Order Technician to join our team in Hong Kong. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.
What you'll do
- Deliver operational sales support for local garages and jobbers, including price quotations, order inquiries, and order submissions.
- Coordinate with the Parts Supply Chain team to ensure accurate order processing and arrange timely delivery of goods to customers
- Process customer invoicing procedures to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Perform parts catalog checking and cross-referencing to satisfy government and fleet tender requirements.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be:
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in Japanese Motor’s parts
- Computer skill, proficient in MS Office Excel applications.
- F.5 School Education or equivalent
- Independent, attentive to details, with positive working attitude
- Strong in communication & negotiation skills
We offer you
- Year End Double Pay, Monthly Sales Incentive, 10 Days Annual Leave, 17 days Public Holidays, Overtime Paid, Medical Insurance (include family members)
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm (Overtime work in Alt Saturday base on operation need), Sunday off
- 8.5 working hours per day, 5 days work per week
