How will you make an impact?

As part of the MEIAT Data & Analytics team, you will support regional data users through troubleshooting, training, documentation and dashboard development, helping business teams confidently use data in their daily decisions.

User Support & Enablement

- Provide first-line support, troubleshooting dashboard issues and investigating data discrepancies.
- Support the SAP-BW to Looker migration through user onboarding, access management and practical guidance.
- Deliver Looker training and practical workshops on AI tools and knowledge agents.
- Help colleagues automate everyday workflows, such as approvals, form collection and scheduling.

Data Documentation & Governance

- Maintain the regional data catalogue, documenting tables, fields and business rules.
- Create clear data dictionaries and user guides explaining key metrics and their calculations.
- Ensure documentation remains accurate, consistent and accessible to non-technical users.

Dashboard Development

- Build intuitive Looker dashboards with clear layouts that meet Cartier’s visual standards.
- Enhance existing dashboards based on user feedback and business needs.
- Adapt dashboards for boutique, mobile and back-office use.

How will you experience success with us?

- A degree in any discipline and 0–3 years of professional experience.
- Working knowledge of SQL, experience building dashboards with a modern BI tool, and advanced Excel skills.
- A good understanding of databases and data structures.
- Fluent English and the ability to explain technical concepts simply to different audiences.
- A proactive, collaborative approach, strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.

Knowledge of LookML, dbt, BigQuery, workflow automation tools or AI knowledge agents would be an advantage.
