Job Description

Managing the end-to-end admissions process, from initial enquiry and lead generation to student enrolment, while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective parents and students. Driving admissions conversions, strengthening parent engagement, and contributing to the overall enrolment objectives of the school.

Providing admissions support to prospective families through counselling, school information, campus visits, assessments, documentation, and regular follow-ups. Ensuring timely and accurate communication regarding the school's curriculum, programmes, facilities, fee structure, admission process, and policies.

Maintaining accurate admissions data, tracking leads and conversions, coordinating admission-related activities, and providing timely reports and insights to the Admissions Manager and School Leadership Team.

Required Skills/Abilities

- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline; Master's Degree preferred.

- 3+ years of experience in admissions, counselling, customer relationship management, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the K–12 education sector.

- Proven experience in managing the admissions cycle from enquiry to enrolment.

- Strong understanding of school admissions, parent counselling, lead conversion, and enrolment processes.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Strong ability to understand parent requirements and effectively communicate the school's value proposition.

- Proven ability to achieve admissions targets and improve lead-to-enrolment conversion.

- Experience in handling parent queries and concerns professionally and effectively.

- Strong follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Proficiency in CRM systems, admissions databases, trackers, and reporting tools.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor admissions pipelines, conversion ratios, and enrolment trends.

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Experience in coordinating campus tours, parent meetings, assessments, interviews, and admission-related activities.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Academic, Marketing, Finance, Transport, and Operations teams.

- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and admissions targets.

- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling student and parent information.
