We are seeking a tech-savvy, analytical early-career professional to support our UBE & Workforce Compliance program. Working closely with the Department Director, this role will assist with compliance reporting, outreach, and Good Faith Effort (GFE) tracking while helping improve processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and develop AI-driven tools that strengthen compliance operations across construction projects.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows that generate project-specific UBE and workforce outreach materials, solicitation notices, and bidder communications.
- Develop and maintain AI-enabled templates, prompts, and knowledge resources that automate GFE documentation, outreach activities, and reporting.
- Leverage AI and data analytics to identify qualified UBEs, evaluate outreach effectiveness, and support strategic engagement efforts across multiple projects and jurisdictions.
- Create scalable AI-assisted communication tools for email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and bidder engagement initiatives.
- Partner with the Department Director to develop AI-assisted presentations, training materials, and compliance knowledge resources for internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize AI tools to summarize, and translate complex UBE and workforce compliance requirements into actionable guidance, training materials, and presentation-ready content.
- Support UBE and workforce compliance reporting, outreach activities, and Good Faith Effort (GFE) monitoring while developing automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools that improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance oversight.
- Develop dashboards, process automation workflows, or AI-enabled business tools that reduce manual effort, improve UBE and workforce data quality, and eliminate redundancies.
Key Skills
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology Or a related field
Required Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, process improvement, compliance technology, AI implementation, or a related field.
- Experience with AI tools, data analytics, reporting, and process automation.
- ·Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, and AI-enabled business applications.
- Ability to use data and technology to improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
