## Our Team, Your Impact
The Program Manager is responsible for driving program governance, planning, reporting, and execution oversight across all LOVA workstreams to support the successful delivery of the Logistics Optimization and Value Acceleration (LOVA) program.
The role serves as the operational backbone of the transformation program, ensuring alignment between functional teams, maintaining integrated plans, tracking risks and dependencies, and providing timely and accurate reporting to project leadership and governance forums.
Working across a global and cross-functional environment, the Program Manager partners closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Legal, HR, Quality, external suppliers, and regional stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution and achievement of program objectives.
Success in this role is measured through robust governance, accurate reporting, milestone achievement, proactive risk management, and effective coordination of all program activities.
## How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the integrated master program plan.
- Coordinate activities across all workstreams to ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, and dependencies.
- Monitor progress against agreed deliverables and identify potential deviations.
- Manage the program governance framework and governance calendar.
- Coordinate Steering Committee, Program Review, and workstream meetings.
- Prepare executive dashboards, reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Monitor critical dependencies across workstreams and regions.
- Escalate risks and issues to program leadership when required.
- Ensure consistency between program reporting and approved business case commitments.
- Support governance interactions with strategic logistics partners and external consultants.
- Track supplier deliverables and actions contributing to program milestones.
- Coordinate follow-up of cross-functional actions involving external parties.
- Maintain program documentation, decision logs, action trackers, and governance records.
- Ensure all project documentation is stored and maintained in accordance with governance requirements
## Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
- 7-10 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Consulting, or Operations.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or business change programs.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams.
- Experience in project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries is preferred.
- Strong project and program management capabilities, excellent planning, prioritization skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate effectively within matrix organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
