About this role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Architect with 7-9 years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, integration, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise across SuccessFactors modules, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design scalable HR transformation solutions.
- 7-9 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong expertise in Employee Central and at least two additional SuccessFactors modules.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors implementation and support projects.
- Experience with SAP CPI/HCI, Integration Center, APIs, and middleware integrations.
- Knowledge of HR business processes including Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
- Experience in data migration and reporting tools.
- Understanding of SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, or SAP S/4HANA integrations.
- Ability to conduct solution workshops and architecture discussions with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
