About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development : Create, develop, and deploy RPA bots using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Process Analysis : Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and define business processes for automation.
- Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct unit testing and end-to-end testing of RPA bots to ensure quality and functionality.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting : Monitor and maintain deployed RPA bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes promptly.
- Documentation : Maintain clear and concise documentation for all automation processes, including bot design, configuration, and validation.
- Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of RPA bots.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the RPA infrastructure is secure and stable.
Qualifications:
- 3+ experience as an RPA developer, preferably with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of business process workflows.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other RPA tools like Power Automate.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Certification in RPA development or Microsoft Power Platform.
