About this role

Summary

The Senior Partner GTM Lead owns the partner-led go-to-market strategy for Proximus Global solutions, with a focus on Digital Identity (Telesign – Protect) and Messaging & Customer Engagement (Route Mobile – Engage). This is a senior role at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, RevOps and regional partnership teams – for someone who has genuinely run an integrated partner-led GTM motion before, end to end. The role leads a Partner Product Marketing Manager from day one, with the opportunity to grow the team as the partner-led motion scales.

The role requires building process and alignment from ambiguity, across a matrixed, multi-entity organization (Telesign, Route Mobile) spanning multiple regions and varying levels of data and process maturity. It is not a partner-marketing coordinator role: the ideal candidate is genuinely comfortable in technical conversations about APIs, integrations and platform architecture, and can translate that complexity into partner-ready value propositions, GTM assets and demand-generation campaigns that resonate with both technical and business buyers.

Essential Functions

Partner‑led go‑to‑market strategy & execution

- Define and execute a partner-centric GTM strategy aligned with product capabilities (spanningAPIs across Digital Identity, Fraud & Risk, Verification and Customer Engagement) and with priority segments and regional market needs
- Define prioritization of G2M activities in collaboration with the VP of Partnerships for the partner portfolio across partner types – Technology/Application Partners, Systems Integrators & Distributors, etc. – using clear, defensible criteria (TAM, addressability, existing client demand, strategic fit)
- Translate technical product capabilities and integration architecture into clear partner value propositions, use cases and joint messaging, in close collaboration with Product and Product Marketing
- Own GTM launch planning and execution for integrated partner offerings, coordinating positioning, joint messaging, sales enablement, campaigns and marketplace readiness with Partnerships, Product, Sales and Marketing. Engage during pre-launch and development to prepare for commercial launch, with partnership and technical delivery ownership remaining with the respective teams.
- Drive post-launch growth through partner-led demand generation, ongoing sales enablement and campaign optimization, working with Partnerships, regional Co-Sell teams and RevOps to measure performance and expand adoption and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Act as the central point of alignment between Product, Marketing, Sales and regional Co-Sell teams on partner-related GTM priorities, including running recurring governance forums (bi-weekly syncs, monthly business reviews)

Regional execution & sales alignment

- Enable global and regional sales teams to be GTM-ready for partner offerings, with clear guidance on partners, APIs, solutions and joint use cases
- Equip sales with messaging, technical understanding and GTM assets they can use confidently in both technical and commercial conversations
- Partner with regional Co-Sell and SDR teams to refine outbound messaging, account mapping and partner-led targeting
- Ensure partner-generated leads are properly attributed, routed and converted

Partner-Led demand generation

- Design and execute partner-led marketing motions across paid media, ABM and partner-led events/sponsorships
- Build technographic and persona-based targeting strategies for partner ecosystems –e.g. targeting by CIAM, Risk, or Customer Engagement platform category
- Own the partner GTM asset suite (one-pagers, technical documentation, pitch decks, demos, marketplace listings, calls-to-action), delivered with the Partner Product Marketing Manager, and close gaps against a defined standard

Partner portal & ecosystem visibility

- Build, own, and continuously evolve the partner portal and partner directory, giving sales and customers clear visibility into who we partner with and for which use cases
- Maintain and evolve account-mapping processes across entities (e.g. via Crossbeam-type tooling) to give sales and marketing full visibility into partner overlaps, opportunities and prospects

Team leadership

- Lead, coach and develop the Partner Product Marketing Manager, setting clear priorities and a split of responsibilities: the Lead owns partner GTM strategy, prioritization and governance, and the Partner Product Marketing Manager owns partner messaging, assets and launch content
- Build the operating rhythm, standards and ways of working for a partner GTM function that can scale
- Build the business case for further investment in the team as partner-influenced pipeline grows, and shape future hiring

Essential Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Partner/Channel GTM, Partner Marketing, or Technical/Product Marketing in B2B technology – ideally within an API, platform or technical-ecosystem business (e.g. CPaaS, identity & fraud, martech, cybersecurity, or a comparable API-economy space)
- A demonstrated track record of building and scaling a partner-led GTM motion from the ground up – not just operating an existing, mature program
- Genuine fluency with technical concepts: APIs, SDKs and platform integrations; able to hold a credible conversation with partner architects and internal product/engineering teams
- Strong experience managing multiple senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, RevOps and regional teams in a matrixed organization, including running governance forums and driving alignment amid ambiguity and competing priorities
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-entity/multi-brand environments with varying levels of process maturity, and to build consistency without waiting for perfect conditions
- Strong communication and executive presence, including comfort presenting financials, forecasts and budget asks to leadership
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

We Are Offering

•A strategic role with high visibility across Proximus Global’s enterprise GTM.
•Exposure to Digital Identity, Fraud & Trust, and Messaging platforms.
•An international, collaborative working environment.
•Competitive compensation and benefits.
