About this role

You will lead our Regional Marketing function across six regions and make it a pipeline engine with clear targets, disciplined budgets and repeatable playbooks. Our regional marketeers have strong market knowledge; we now need a senior leader who sets the standard, coaches the team and holds the region-level numbers. You report to the Head of Growth Marketing and manage four Regional Marketing Managers covering North America, LATAM, South Asia & MEA, and APAC & China. The role is based in Serbia and requires regular international travel across regions.

You will also run Europe yourself. You build the European marketing plan, work directly with European sales leaders and test where marketing can drive traction there. The results will inform how we invest in Europe going forward.

This is a player-coach role: roughly 60% leading and scaling the regional team, 40% hands-on in Europe at the start, shifting toward leadership over time.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop the Regional Marketing team

- Manage, coach and grow 4 Regional Marketing Managers across North America, LATAM, South Asia & MEA, and APAC & China; hire and onboard new team members as the team grows
- Set one way of working across regions: planning templates, event playbooks (pre-, during and post-event), webinar and roundtable cadence, and reporting rhythm
- Run regular plan and performance reviews with each RMM; spot gaps early and unblock them
- Raise the bar on strategic thinking: move the team from activity lists to plans built on targets, conversion assumptions and expected pipeline

Own regional plans, targets and budget

- Lead regional marketing planning cycle, translating sales priorities and GtM focus into regional plans
- Set and own lead generation targets per region (leads, MQL, SQL, SAL, pipeline contribution) with RevOps and sales
- Own the regional marketing budget across events, webinars, paid media and ABM; allocate it with a clear rationale and reallocate based on performance
- Track spend and ROI per channel and per initiative; escalate early when budget is at risk of going unused

Run Europe hands-on

- Build and execute the European marketing plan across priority markets
- Partner directly with European sales leaders on priority accounts, verticals and use cases
- Plan European events, roundtables and webinars with tailored messaging, pre-event outreach and structured follow-up

Align sales, marketing and execution partners

- Be the senior marketing counterpart for regional sales leaders; attend regional sales staffs and report on campaigns, budget and pipeline
- Work with ABM, Paid Media and GtM Strategy so regional priorities drive keywords, target accounts, localisation and messaging
- Hold Central Marketing teams (Events, Content, Design) to clear briefs, timelines and SLAs, and resolve blockers rather than pass them on
- Feed market and customer insights back to Product Marketing and GtM Strategy

Drive measurement and continuous improvement

- Define KPIs and success criteria per channel and per initiative
- With RevOps, improve lead routing, attribution and dashboards so every region sees its full funnel
- Share what works across regions and scale proven plays

Key Qualifications

- 10+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in field, regional or demand generation marketing in a tech, SaaS, CPaaS, telecom or API business
- 3+ years managing marketers across multiple countries or regions, including remote teams in different time zones
- Proven record of owning lead and pipeline targets and showing marketing's contribution to revenue (MQL to SQL to pipeline)
- Experience owning a multi-channel budget (events, paid media, ABM, webinars) and reallocating it based on ROI
- Hands-on European field marketing experience, with knowledge of several European markets
- Strong partnering with sales leadership; credible in front of regional VPs and senior customers
- Comfortable working through shared execution teams and agencies, and driving delivery without direct authority
- Data-literate: works with Salesforce, Marketo or similar, and builds or reads funnel dashboards
- Fluent English, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in digital identity, fraud prevention, authentication or omnichannel messaging (SMS, RCS, WhatsApp)
- Experience in a matrix organisation with a central marketing function

We are offering

- Good compensation - Competitive € salary plus benefits package.
- Development opportunities.
- Challenging but also a friendly working environment.
- And much, much more...
