Over de functie

Als Balie Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en bezoekers op onze locatie. Je zorgt voor een soepele afhandeling van inkomende en uitgaande transporten en ondersteunt de logistieke processen met een correcte administratieve verwerking.

Dankzij jouw servicegerichte instelling en nauwkeurigheid verlopen alle transportbewegingen efficiënt en volgens de geldende procedures.

Wat ga je doen?

- Ontvangen en begeleiden van chauffeurs en bezoekers aan de balie.
- Verwerken en controleren van transportdocumenten, vrachtbrieven en andere logistieke administratie.
- Registreren van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen in het systeem.
- Verstrekken van laad- en losinstructies aan chauffeurs.
- Controleren van orders en transportgegevens op volledigheid en juistheid.
- Afstemmen met het magazijn, transportplanning en andere interne afdelingen.
- Beantwoorden van vragen van chauffeurs, klanten en leveranciers.
- Signaleren en oplossen van administratieve afwijkingen.
- Zorgdragen voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van documenten en registraties.
- Bijdragen aan een veilige, efficiënte en klantgerichte werkomgeving.

Wat breng je mee?

- MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een administratieve, logistieke of commerciële richting.
- Ervaring in een administratieve of logistieke functie is een pré.
- Klantgerichte en professionele houding.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd kunnen werken.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; kennis van Engels is een pré.
- Ervaring met Microsoft Office en administratieve systemen.
- Stressbestendig en in staat om meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijk op te pakken.
- Teamspeler met een proactieve instelling.
