Then come and join our global team as Senior Transfer Pricing Manager (f/m/d) and take on challenging responsibilities in an international environment. In this role, you will help shape the transfer pricing structures of the Siemens Healthineers Group and make a significant contribution to the company’s success.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
· You will advise Siemens Healthineers business areas on the structuring of cross-border value creation processes. In doing so, you will serve as a key contact for external tax advisors, auditors, tax authorities, and CFOs of Siemens Healthineers entities worldwide.
· You will play a central role in defining and implementing Siemens Healthineers transfer pricing policies and in optimizing transfer pricing-related processes.
· In day-to-day business, you will be responsible for the operational and tax management of Siemens Healthineers group companies.
· You will monitor global and local transfer pricing legislation and assess potential implications for intercompany transactions.
· You will coordinate the preparation of transfer pricing reports by external advisors.
· You will coordinate and defend the Siemens Healthineers transfer pricing system in national and international tax audits and support Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) processes.

Your qualifications and experience:
· You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Tax and/or Finance, or a degree in Economics; a PhD is considered an advantage.
· You have many years of professional experience in transfer pricing, either in consulting or in accounting, controlling, and/or taxation within a publicly listed, globally operating company.
· You bring extensive experience leading complex finance, tax, and transformation projects in international corporate environments and have successfully driven strategic initiatives through to implementation.
· You possess strong business and economic expertise, including financial analysis as well as market and competitive analysis. Experience in business valuation and the valuation of intangible assets is an advantage.
· You have solid knowledge of common data processing applications, particularly standard Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems such as SAP.
Your attributes and skills:
· You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities that enable you to quickly understand, structure, and solve complex tax-related matters.
· You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and are able to align and balance diverse stakeholder interests effectively.
· You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have German language skills at a minimum B2 level. Additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
