About this role

As Client Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans in the North American region to meet and exceed our sales targets.

You will identify, approach and cultivate relationships with new clients including pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-level presentations highlighting the unique benefits and features of our consulting services.

Negotiating and preparing deals with clients and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Maintaining close relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in the healthcare sector is crucial.

- Bachelor's degree ideally with a business or commercial focus
- Relevant experience in executive level consultative selling
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience selling projects $1M+
- Responsible for gathering and organizing resources for key accounts
- Sales expertise in complex structures
- Experience with CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce
- Ability to travel consistently

Knowledge and skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Confident use of common MS Office programs
- Ability to present NSF solutions and services to clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, video or web meetings, telephone calls and emails
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry and its services
- Relevant professional experience in B2B solution sales
- Broad network of decision-makers in the life science industry
- Existing client base is a plus

Salary Range: $72,000 - $118,000 base + a sales incentive plan

The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At NSF, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
