Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead and develop a high-performing BBC application team.
- Drive customer projects from concept to commercialization.
- Develop bakery, snack bar, confectionery, filling and coating prototypes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Lead customer presentations, workshops and technical demonstrations.
- Drive capability building, innovation and best practices.
- Manage project priorities, resources and timelines.
- Support growth opportunities through consumer and market insights.
- Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 15 - 20 years of experience in similar role within food manufacturing, food ingredients, or flavor industry.
- Atleast 3+ years of team management experience.
- Knowledge of food safety, GMP, quality systems and regulations.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal. English language is essential.
- Good operation skill of Microsoft Office System and company IS system.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Beverage and Dairy applications, formulation, manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting.
