We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France . In this role, you will play a key part in supporting commercial activities, coordinating projects, managing pricing information, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
This is a fixed-term contract position covering a maternity leave absence.

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of coordination between customers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality service delivery.
Sales Support & Coordination
- Coordinate internal activities and ad-hoc requests involving local and regional teams while ensuring compliance with established procedures and best practices.
- Leverage existing processes and previous project learnings to support account teams efficiently.
- Coordinate toxicology reviews and ensure timely follow-up of requests.
- Respond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across multiple functions and teams.
Project Management
- Lead and coordinate maintenance projects across multiple categories, ensuring timely execution and completion.
- Maintain and update project information within internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to support successful project outcomes.
- Manage and maintain portfolios, project overviews, databases, and base files at local and regional levels.
- Coordinate project-related logistics and administrative activities.
- Support quotation preparation and price list maintenance activities.
Pricing Management
- Support global and regional teams by collecting, validating, and updating pricing information within internal systems.
- Prepare quotations and provide pricing support for commercial activities and ongoing projects.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy of pricing data across multiple databases and systems.
- Communicate price updates to relevant stakeholders and maintain pricing-related documentation.
What Makes You the Right Fit?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or project management platforms is an advantage.
- Fluent English communication skills; French is a plus.
