About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about people, recruitment, and creating a great candidate experience.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate, technical, and operational positions. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers while developing practical experience in candidate management, recruitment operations, employer branding, university relations, and recruitment metrics.

Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern , you'll be responsible for:

- Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across different business functions.
- Posting and maintaining job openings across internal and external recruiting platforms.
- Reviewing resumes and supporting initial outreach to potential candidates.
- Coordinating interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition team members.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Supporting university relations, career fairs, campus recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Assisting with recruitment reports, trackers, and Talent Acquisition metrics.
- Supporting candidate communication throughout different stages of the recruitment process.
- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team on recruiting projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Providing additional support for Talent Acquisition and HR activities as needed.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are proactive, organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about Talent Acquisition . If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least one year remaining before graduation.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

- Previous internship, academic, or project experience related to Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruiting platforms.
- Experience participating in university activities, career fairs, student organizations, or employer branding initiatives.
- Strong interest in recruitment, candidate experience, employer branding, and HR processes.
