Responsibilities
- Supervise and support front desk staff during evening shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and motivate front desk team members to maintain Marriotts high standards.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk activities and shift performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk operations, preferably in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively during PM shifts and lead a team during busy evening hours.
- Familiarity with property management systems and standard hotel software.
