About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
Salesforce's Office of Ethical and Humane Use is looking for a Product Management Specialist to help shape how AI agents and other emerging technologies get built responsibly, based in San Francisco, CA or Seattle/Bellevue, WA. You'll work alongside the Responsible AI & Tech team to turn ethical principles into real guardrails, controls, and trust patterns that shape how Salesforce designs, builds, and ships AI.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to spot potential risks in roadmaps, specs, and designs before they ship, and help turn those findings into concrete mitigations
- Support the development of guidance and tools — including model and system cards — that help teams document and communicate how their AI works and where its limits are
- Translate complex AI ethics concepts into clear, practical recommendations that technical and non-technical teams can act on
- Help build and track controls and mitigations in partnership with the Testing, Evaluation, and Alignment team, so teams can measure whether safeguards are actually working
You're Our Person If...
- You have experience as a Product Manager or in building technology products, ideally with exposure to AI or machine learning systems
- You can break down ambiguous, large-scale problems and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations
- You communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and build trust across cross-functional teams
- A related technical degree is required
Even Better If...
- You have experience evaluating or mitigating ethical risks in AI or technology development
- You're familiar with Trust and Safety, AI ethics, or responsible tech frameworks
- You have working knowledge of Salesforce and its products
- You're comfortable balancing high-level strategy with hands-on program details
- Ability to effectively guide AI tools to achieve desired outcomes
- Experience using Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini or other agent-based frameworks
Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best , and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best . Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
