Senior Product Manager Loyalty Co-Brand Credit Card

Introduction to the Team

The Product Team creates high-quality end-to-end experiences for travelers, partners, and Expedia Group. Our focus on customer-centric innovation enables us to develop products that build loyalty and repeat business. We partner closely with teams across Expedia Group to drive growth and achieve results for our customers and the company.

As Senior Product Manager, Co-Brand Credit Card, you'll own how our loyalty card is communicated to members across the full journey, from applying for the card to getting the most value out of it. You'll define the messaging hierarchy, simplify a complex program into something clear and personally relevant, and design scalable solutions that work across all of our brands. This role sits at the intersection of product, commercial strategy, and member experience, working closely with design, business partners, our card-issuing bank partner (Wells Fargo), and other product teams to turn a complex set of benefits into a simple, compelling story.

In this role, you will:

- Own the end-to-end co-branded card messaging, experience and strategy across the member journey, defining a clear, value-led messaging hierarchy from application to card usage and post-trip engagement.

- Own the product vision and communicate a clear, concise narrative that aligns and motivates stakeholders across the business.

- Partner closely with our bank partner, business, design, Loyalty Tech, and other product teams to translate complex loyalty program into simple, compelling member-facing narratives and scalable frameworks centered on our co-branded value.

- Use research, analytics, and experimentation to measure messaging comprehension, member activation, and repeat booking impact, iterating on messaging strategies and safely integrating AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows that improve member and business outcomes.

- Use customer insight, market sizing, financial modeling, experimentation, win-loss analysis, and product data to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and guide prioritization.

Experience and qualifications

- 8+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing products, with significant work on loyalty, co-branded credit card, or other fintech / value-centric financial experiences

- Deep understanding of loyalty and credit card (or adjacent fintech) space, program mechanics, member value and how issuing-bank partnerships work.

- Proven track record owning end-to-end messaging or member communication strategy (not only feature delivery), including defining hierarchies, frameworks, and cross-journey narratives.

- Demonstrated ability to lead both strategy and execution, and to manage internal stakeholders and external partners to drive alignment and ship at scale across multiple line of business and touchpoints.

- Experience using experimentation and iterative testing as core tools for measuring messaging effectiveness, and using data to refine what is shown, where, and when across the funnel.

- Experience applying AI/ML to products, with working knowledge of model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring in at least one model area

- Comfortable engaging with technical architecture, reverse-engineering complex systems, and balancing customer value, business outcomes, technical risk, and investment.

- Strong communicator, listener, storyteller, facilitator, negotiator, and influencer who builds trust, resolves conflict, coaches others, and creates alignment across complex stakeholder environments.
