What it’s like to be a Northbridge Claims Service Representative
As a Claims Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. Our Claims Service Representatives are on our front-line, receiving all incoming inquiries calls and setting up new claims. They are responsible for providing prompt technical support services to our Claims Adjusters through telephone claims, while maintaining data quality and service levels within the department. While being on the phone queue, they provide excellent customer service ensuring that every interaction is a great experience.

If you are great at:
- Managing stressful calls and clearly deliver decisions
- Ability to troubleshot and find the best solutions
- Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule
- Providing a great Customer experience
And you have:
- Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
- Working towards the CIP designation an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front-line customer service position or call center environment
- Experience working with and on various systems at any given time
- Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back — we’d still love to hear from you.
