# Job Description Summary
This is a global position on the One Field Services (OFS) Finance team for the Gas Power Global Services business. The role is focused on enhancing the field services SIOP process from a financial standpoint and drives the implementation of global standard processes across the regions (ITRs & OFS). Partnering with the OFS FP&A team to understand the Services COGS output from OFS and GTM, this individual owns the maintenance, enhancement, and prioritization of ITR tool and supporting systems — including Astro — and drives the analytics and operating standards that raise performance across the business. It requires an in-depth understanding of the field services fulfillment model, strong cross-functional partnership, and a blend of finance and systems acumen.
Job Description
What you will do
- Astro Ownership & Data Governance: Act as the functional owner for Field Services ITR tool (Astro). Partner with IT to prioritize system enhancements and drive automation of manual reporting processes. This includes managing critical integrations between Event Vision & ISM to ensure accurate pacing and reporting data.
- Process Strategy & Transformation: Lead the design and cross-functional implementation of global operating standards for Field Services fulfilments and support SIOP process enhancements to drive business transformation and improve profitability.
- Financial Planning, Forecasting & Reporting: Support Services planning, pacing, monthly close and reporting cycles, ensuring financials accuracy and timely KPI reporting. Leverage deep cost expertise to produce reliable short- and medium-term forecasts by correlating recent trends with underlying base-cost drivers.
- Analytics & Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with Global Services FP&A, Operations and region ITR stakeholders to bridge the gap between operational output and financial results. Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, improve cost visibility, and ensure full cost liquidation across the business.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of financial work experience in a global business environment.
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure.
- Proven record of consistently meeting and frequently exceeding expectations.
- Proactive in driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Operational mindset, with an interest in developing finance and business acumen.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $107,600.00 and $179,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
