Job Description
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for leading the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for Managed Services content, collaborating with line of business leadership to identify and address gaps in current knowledge, and implementing long-term knowledge management strategies in partnership with the Director of Knowledge Management. The role ensures alignment with content standards for consistency and quality across knowledge, driving continuous improvement and innovation in Knowledge Management. By joining the team, the Implementation Consultant will work on impactful projects that contribute to the advancement of documentation and knowledge management practices.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for Managed Services content.
- Collaborate with line of business leadership to identify and address gaps in current knowledge.
- Implement long-term knowledge management strategies in partnership with the Director of Knowledge Management.
- Ensure alignment with content standards for consistency and quality across knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Knowledge Management.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
- Experience in project and time management, introducing innovative ideas and processes.
- Experience in taking initiative and working independently, taking ownership of outcomes.
- Payments Industry Knowledge: Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, including card issuing, transaction processing, authorizations, payment networks, APIs, and financial services technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with banks, fintechs, digital wallets, processors, or payment service providers is highly desirable.The ideal candidate understands how complex payment solutions are implemented and can effectively advise clients throughout onboarding, certification, testing, and go-live activities.
- Knowledge of both card payments and broader banking platforms is valued, while experience with payment integrations and client-facing delivery engagements is strongly preferred.
- Experience in delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Experience in using communication skills to inspire, influence, and motivate others.
- Experience in adapting to shifting priorities and challenges.
- Experience in relationship management with key stakeholders and peers.
- Experience in knowledge management and content development.
- Ability to analyze the impact of product changes and feature launches on business processes and related knowledge.
- Experience in team building, coaching, and performance management.
