About this role
The Dealer, Reserve Funding acts as the main expert carrying out operations in the onshore foreign exchange market with his/her action having direct impact to the prevailing level of the Bank’s International Reserve position. The role demands quick thinking and ability to make split second decisions with limited information presented, as per the case with fast moving financial market movements. In addition, the role requires a candidate to be able to plan and analyse the best use of market strategies to achieve the Bank’s foreign currency funding objectives and level of International Reserves.
QUALIFICATIONS
Academic Qualifications:
- Degree in accounting, economics, banking, finance, mathematics or related fields. Professional qualifications (eg PKMC, CFA, FRA, CAIA, etc) would be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Associate Dealer: Minimum 1 – 3-year(s) experience in financial and/or financial market related sectors
- Dealer: Minimum 4 years’ experience in financial and/or financial market related sectors
