About the Role
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in understanding market trends and customer needs to help shape our product strategies. You will work closely with the Product Marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns aimed at capturing key customer segments. Your analytical skills will be essential for understanding and responding to market changes, helping position our products for success.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to go-to-market plans for new products, releases, and promotional initiatives.
- Gather and synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to identify trends, needs, opportunities, and risks.
- Support audience segmentation, personas, customer journeys, and use-case development.
- Draft and refine product positioning, value propositions, messaging, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Translate product capabilities and customer benefits into clear, audience-focused communications.
- Track marketing metrics and present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews and activities to support alignment and launch readiness.
- Support sales training, business-case development, and pricing analysis in partnership with senior team members and Finance.
- Maintain product marketing documentation, research, messaging, and competitive intelligence resources.

- Collaboration: Builds effective working relationships across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and related teams.
- Tools: Working proficiency with Microsoft Office, relevant CRM, Excel, AI tools, PowerPoint, and marketing platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, market research, or a related function.
- Work experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Phar or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, research, and organizational skills.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling messaging.

Compensation:
$57,400.00 - $98,350.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
