Dow has an opportunity for a Information Technology Analyst , based in São Paulo (BRA) .

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, support and coaching inside EDM (Enterprise Data Management) Operations team at coding level, promoting the proper execution of the work processes within the team. Key role for analysis and investigation of coding issues through Vendor and Customer processes.

Responsibilities:

- Identify knowledge gaps and facilitate training within the team.
- Show sharpness to recognize opportunities through quality metrics.
- Demonstrate ability to guide the stakeholders and coding stewards toward work procedures and systems.
- Guide proper execution of the various work processes within the EDM operations team.
- Provide functional/operational support to the EDM leadership team.
- Display a customer-centric and agile mindset.
- Support and facilitate the on-boarding process of team members into the EDM team.
- Implement improvements across local EDM operations team according to process changes.
- Resolve escalated process issues with team members and perform root cause analysis, defining and applying corrective action.
- Interact with Data Quality Representative and Subject Matter Experts to leverage best practices and maintain the processes aligned across the teams.
- Be available to provide on-demand trainings inside and outside EDM related to coding process.
- Follow audit metrics to identify training gaps for individual members and apply proper training.
- Attend, when needed or requested, all the activities performed by the coding stewards (described in the Coding Steward Role Summary).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree (on going or completed).
- Advanced English in verbal and written communications.
- SAP knowledge is required (MDG).
- Advanced Excel.
- Intermediate Power BI,
