In this role, you will serve as the strategic enablement partner for our ANZ revenue teams, driving measurable improvements in sales performance through thoughtfully designed programs that embed the Zoom Way of Selling. You will collaborate across ANZ and global stakeholders to connect regional business needs with world-class enablement content, tools, and methodologies. From quarterly enablement plans to AI-powered learning initiatives, your work will directly shape how our ANZ field engages customers and closes business. About the Team
Zoom's Global GTM Enablement team empowers our revenue organization through exceptional knowledge, skills, and behaviors. We design and execute programs that embed value selling methodologies and the Zoom Way of Selling across our global revenue teams. As part of the International GTM Enablement Team, you will contribute to both regional ANZ initiatives and broader global enablement priorities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior ANZ Sales Leaders as their strategic enablement business partner, conducting needs assessments and designing tailored initiatives that align with regional revenue goals.
- Design and implement comprehensive learning experiences across live instruction, on-demand coursework, playbook creation, and customized coaching, scaled to ANZ AE, Sales Engineer, and partner roles.
- Build and launch quarterly enablement plans with clear business impact metrics aligned to ANZ revenue targets, driving visibility and accountability across programs.
- Connect global enablement strategies with ANZ-specific market requirements, competitive dynamics, and customer expectations to ensure regional relevance.
- Collaborate with the Value Selling Centre of Excellence to scale adoption of the Zoom Way of Selling and reinforce sales methodologies from pipeline development through deal closing.
- Optimize sales enablement tools to support pipeline management, forecasting, and value-based selling within the ANZ region.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Partner teams to develop and deliver content tailored to ANZ AE conversations with prospects and customers.
- Equip the ANZ field to leverage AI for personalized training, sales call analysis, content automation, and real-time coaching insights.
- Manage ANZ enablement program metrics end-to-end, communicating program success and impact to senior stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the ANZ revenue organization, contributing to the Growth Summit and regional enablement events.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales enablement with a proven track record of training and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Previous direct or indirect sales experience, with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies such as MEDDPICC or other consultative approaches.
- Demonstrated program management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with enablement and sales tools including CRM systems (Salesforce), sales readiness platforms (Seismic), and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Experience designing and delivering impactful training programs in a high-growth technology environment, with familiarity with AI-powered enablement tools and value selling approaches.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret enablement metrics and optimize programs based on insights.
