The Planning and Scheduling Administrator III plays a key role in supporting maintenance planning and scheduling processes for site assets, including GMP and non-GMP equipment. This position is instrumental in driving maintenance efficiency and asset reliability through the development and management of job plans, preventive maintenance programs, work orders, and equipment records within the CMMS. Working closely with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Instrumentation & Controls (I&C), Engineering, Labs, and Site Services, the role helps optimize resource utilization, and minimize equipment downtime.
What You'll Do
- Manage planning and scheduling activities for Maintenance , Site Services , and I&C work
- Create, revise, and maintain job plans, preventive maintenance plans, and material lists
- Support asset onboarding, modification, retirement, and equipment data management within the CMMS
- Generate, prioritize, and dispatch scheduled maintenance work orders
- Review and release unscheduled work requests for execution
- Coordinate pre-work preparation and job activity analysis to support efficient work execution
- Serve as a CMMS subject matter expert, including user administration and training
- Support SOP revisions, regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance activities
- Support new equipment onboarding process
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in maintenance planning, work execution, and CMMS processes

You are a detail-oriented maintenance professional with strong planning and scheduling expertise who thrives in a GMP-regulated environment. You enjoy collaborating across functions, leveraging data to improve reliability, and driving continuous improvement through effective maintenance practices.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred in Electronics, Database Systems or related
- Minimum of 4 years of experience either working in GMP environment or 4 years in maintenance planning and scheduling (or combination of the two)
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling, preferred in maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- Work order management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Skills
- Experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing GMP environment highly desired
- Knowledge of calibration and instrumentation systems, as well as large industrial equipment such as fans, chillers, pumps and boilers and their associated components
- Experience supporting maintenance continuous improvement initiatives

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $35.10-$45.67
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
