What You Get to Do:
- Timekeeping & Payroll Administration: Serve as the primary timekeeping editor across all park departments; process timecard adjustments (PTO, missed punches, shift differentials) and audit records to ensure payroll accuracy and policy compliance.
- Daily Revenue Reconciliation: Receive, compile, and analyze daily revenue transactions by balancing POS sales, credit card imports, and manual tenders; prepare daily/weekly revenue journal entries and adjustments (such as sales reallocations or promotional credits).
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Support: Provide core operational support to the Timekeeping Supervisor and Finance Manager; run timekeeping reports, gather analytical data, and resolve team member payroll inquiries.
- Guest & Group Sales Logistics: Partner with the Marketing team to coordinate printing and shipping for group sales tickets.
- Kiosk Operations: Perform basic troubleshooting and maintain card stock for automated Cash-to-Card kiosks.
- Process Improvement & Special Projects: Recommend workflow enhancements, calculate incentive program payouts, and support Team Member Management (TMM) or scheduling functions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What It Takes to Succeed:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office, administrative, or customer-service-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, general business operations, and relevant state/federal payroll rules.
- Hands-on experience with automated timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos, Workday, or proprietary TMM software) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays (and occasional evenings), based on operational needs.
Compensation: $16.00 / hour
