About this role

●   Track, investigate, and permanently resolve quality findings generated by the Customer and Corporate Headquarters.
●   Manage and validate Facelift and New Vehicle Launch Part Quality, ensuring all components meet strict specifications prior to mass production through Product Validations.
●   Lead early-stage involvement with Product Engineering to integrate robust quality standards into new vehicle program designs.
●  Establish and maintain a comprehensive "Lessons Learned" database, systematically addressing Past Car Problems across Design, Assembly, and Components to prevent recurrence.
●  Drive horizontal deployment ("read-across") of corrective actions, ensuring a solution at one plant is standardized across the regional network.
● Reviewing internal containment data and corrective action reports to verify root causes are addressed systemically, not just locally.
● Performs other duties as assigned by the Quality Center Manager.
