Position Summary
The English speaking Pricing Analyst supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of pricing strategies designed to support profitable growth, margin performance, and market competitiveness. This position provides analytical and operational support for key pricing initiatives across customers, product lines, and commercial channels, with a focus on pricing analysis, customer price realization, tariff recovery support, customer indexing administration, and portfolio optimization.
The role works cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Operations to help ensure pricing decisions are aligned with business objectives, market conditions, and financial performance expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of pricing strategies that align with the organization’s revenue, profitability, and competitive positioning objectives.
- Assist in the planning, analysis, execution, and monitoring of bi-annual customer price increases, including segmentation, financial impact assessment, implementation support, and price realization tracking.
- Maintain customer indexing programs and pricing mechanisms, including the administration of index-based pricing models tied to market indicators, contractual terms, and business rules.
- Analyze opportunities for strategic price pruning and margin improvement across low-margin, underperforming, or strategically misaligned SKUs.
- Support customer-specific pricing strategies based on account profitability, market dynamics, channel considerations, strategic importance, and competitive positioning.
- Assist in developing and maintaining product line pricing strategies that reflect value proposition, cost structure, market demand, lifecycle stage, and competitive benchmarks.
- Support tariff recovery pricing initiatives by analyzing cost impacts, preparing pricing recommendations, and assisting with recovery execution to protect margins.
- Conduct ongoing pricing analysis to evaluate profitability, price realization, customer performance, product mix, and market trends.
- Collaborate with Finance to assess the financial impact of pricing actions, monitor margin performance, and support forecasting and planning processes.
- Support maintaining pricing dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to monitor pricing effectiveness and business impact.
- Recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives related to pricing tools, methodologies, analytics, and processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field required.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial finance, business analysis, product management, or a related function.
- Experience supporting pricing processes in a multi-product and/or multi-customer environment preferred.
- Experience with customer price increase processes, index-based pricing programs, and profitability analysis preferred.
- Experience supporting cross-functional decision-making in a commercial or manufacturing environment preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient in English
- Working knowledge of pricing strategy, margin management, segmentation, portfolio optimization, customer indexing, and financial analysis.
- Ability to assess and translate market, cost, customer, and index data into actionable pricing recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple levels and functions within the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP, BI, pricing, or analytics systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, consumer products, or other complex commercial environments preferred.
- Experience with tariff recovery, cost pass-through strategies, index-based pricing, and SKU portfolio analysis preferred.
- Familiarity with pricing analytics platforms, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools preferred.
