Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

About the role:

The successful candidate will work as a senior Data Analyst, Power BI Developer within the Lab team and will collaborate closely with the AI and Operations teams. Through their expertise, curiosity and proactive approach, they will contribute to designing dashboards for AI products—from defining metrics and modelling data to reporting—in order to highlight insights that will help the AI teams improve the user experience of these products, make better business decisions and support the overall growth plan.

What you'll do here:

- Work closely with the AI and Operations teams to translate business needs into metrics that measure the operational effectiveness of AI products and models.
- Act as a specialist in dashboard development and data pipelines, using tools such as Power BI Desktop and Power BI Cloud, Power Query, Power Automate and Snowflake.
- Develop, produce and visualize data from multiple sources across the organization to provide clear insight into the performance of AI products and models.
- Regularly improve and optimize dashboards while taking internal clients’ needs into account.
- Work closely with analytics teams and data scientists to ensure that the data provided meets their needs.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a common source of truth for the data presented in dashboards.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests.

What you bring to the table:

- At least (5) five years of experience creating dashboards of varying complexity using different technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and Snowflake, along with a strong interest in dashboard best practices.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query and SQL.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data, clean and integrate it into dashboards, and create appropriate visualizations.
- Establish automated refresh schedules and processes whenever possible.
- Highly strategic and creative in integrating and using data.
- Analytical, autonomous, organized and solution-oriented.
- Skills and/or interest in omnichannel data analysis.
- Skills and/or interest in a web analytics tool, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Amplitude—an asset.
- Excellent presentation and results-communication skills, with the ability to adapt the message to the audience.
- Previous experience working in large organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive change.
- Bilingualism (French and English) - Need to interact regularly with colleagues from across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
