Next PLC, a FTSE 100 company and leader in the retail industry, is seeking enthusiastic and ambitious students to join our Finance University Placement Programme . This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience and kick-start your career in a fast-paced and dynamic finance environment.
This is a 12-month ‘placement’ starting in July 2027 and applicants must be studying on a relevant degree course that includes a dedicated placement year.

What You Will Be Doing:
During your 12-month Placement, you will:
- Work alongside experienced finance teams, assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support key business decisions.
- Get involved in various projects that will help streamline processes, improve efficiency and support growth.
- Gain exposure to different departments within finance, giving you a broad understanding of how a successful retail business operates.

You’ll bring:
- Studying for a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related subject.
