As an Administrative Program Coordinator II, you will support graduate medical education programs by serving as a key administrative, technical, and operational resource, with coverage in the Internal Medicine and Women’s & Children’s departments. In this role, you will function as a liaison between departments, assisting the Director with projects and daily operations while providing critical operational support to the ACGME-accredited training programs within the Primary Care and Women’s & Children’s Institutes. You will coordinate policy evaluation and implementation, identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, support the development of communications, databases, and budget-related processes, and complete routine operational responsibilities and defined project-based work. Specific responsibilities may include expense reporting in OBGYN and managing Oracle expenses for residents and fellows.

This is a regular PRN position, with caregivers working days between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

- Function as liaison and as administrative, technical or operational resource.

- Assist Director with projects and daily tasks.

- Lead orientation and records management activities and ensure standards are maintained.

- Develop and update interdepartmental education programs.

- Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.

- Facilitate and attend meetings and record key outcomes.

- Identify key milestones and deadlines and proactively communicate project status and requirements to achieve results.

- Research, analyze and organize information for presentations.

- Assist department leadership with large or complex projects and initiate or lead less complex projects.

- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

- Associate’s Degree and three years of administrative or project management experience
- OR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience
- OR Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experience
- Strong computer skills and experience with software applications

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field

- Healthcare or related organization experience
- GME experience
- Education background

Physical Requirements:

- High degree dexterity to operate office equipment.
- May require extended periods of standing, walking or sitting.
- Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision.
- Good hearing acuity.

Personal Protective Equipment:

- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
