Job Description:

You Are:

As an Executive Administrative Assistant at Pitney Bowes, you are a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are skilled at managing multiple priorities, anticipating needs, and providing exceptional administrative support to business leaders. You excel at building relationships across all levels of the organization, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You Will:

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and support leadership priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and travel logistics.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, organizational charts, and other business documents.
- Process expense reports and reimbursements through company systems.
- Organize meetings, capture notes, track action items, and support follow-up activities.
- Create and maintain Microsoft Teams sites and collaboration tools.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while handling confidential information with discretion.
- Support special projects, departmental initiatives, and office operations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

You Bring:

- 3-5 years of administrative, executive support, office coordination, or related experience.
- Experience supporting leaders in a professional business environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting multiple leaders or a leadership team.
- Experience coordinating travel and managing expenses.
- Experience using business systems and software applications to support administrative and operational processes.

Location: This position is based onsite in Shelton, CT, and requires regular in-office presence to support business leaders and operations.

Compensation: The hourly wage range for this position is $29.00-$32.50 per hour . Actual compensation will be based on skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements.
