Inventory Coordinator (Temporary - 12months contract)

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Work with the Inventory Analyst to review and obtain information on aged inventory stored at various warehouse locations across NY and NJ.
- Work with the Post Sale to identify aged inventory ready for client outreach.
- Regular reporting, analysis of data and assistance in inventory reconciliations conducted by the Logistics team.
- Support the Inventory Analyst in being the point of contact for miscellaneous BSG issues as they arise (new stock numbers, IT issues, retagging, not yet located flagging etc.)
- Assist with inventory reporting, reconciliations and ensuring property movements are reflected in systems as needed.
- Collaborate with the Logistics and Post Sale teams to identify and resolve issues and system discrepancies.
- Resolving ad hoc inventory issues/requests (e.g., inventory questions from other regions, client inventory list requests, property system archive investigations, system activities to support transfer of property for select tours, etc.)
- Help coordinate the process of moving inventory selected for transfer to clients or third parties, record details and report on progress of movement.
- Assist with the cleanse of bad data through collaboration with the Inventory Analyst
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by the Head of Logistics, Inventory Analyst and/or Logistics Managers
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Willingness to work in warehouse environments through NY and NJ
- Excellent IT Skills (excel, word and PowerPoint).
- A willingness to learn and excel at Christie’s systems(e.g. Tableau and JDE)
- High degree of organization skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up promptly.
- Strong problem solving and information management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Excellent communication and people skills, including superior written and spoken communication.
- Proven time/task management
- Ability to work professionally and responsibly with all other areas within the business.
