This is an exciting opportunity for Project Manager to be a part of a growing company with in-demand products and support the PMOs governance of projects operating at the execution level tracking deliverables, managing contract manufacturing schedules, surfacing supply chain risks, and driving resolution of blockers before they impact project critical paths.
What You Will Do
Contract Manufacturer & Supplier Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day interface between internal engineering / project teams and contract manufacturers.
- Support the management of contract manufacturer / external supplier production schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones and engineering release timelines.
- Monitor contract manufacturer / external supplier capacity, lead times, and build readiness; escalate constraints early to programme and supply chain leadership.
- Track purchase orders, material availability, and build completions against committed delivery dates.
- Coordinate NPI handoff activities between engineering and contract manufacturer partners, ensuring documentation, BOM readiness, and process sign-off are completed on schedule.
- Maintain supplier relationship health through structured cadences and issue resolution tracking.
Project Management
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for assigned hardware projects, including contract manufacturer and supply chain workstreams.
- Track action items, decisions, risks, and issues across project workstreams;
- Facilitate or support project working sessions, preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and distributing action items.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between engineering, operations, procurement, and quality teams.
- Support stage-gate preparation by ensuring contract manufacturer and supply readiness evidence is compiled and reviewed ahead of governance milestones.
- Produce clear, accurate project status reports and schedule updates for distribution to program leadership.
Project Management Office Support
- Contribute contract manufacturer and supply chain data to PMO project health dashboards and portfolio reporting.
- Maintain project documentation in line with PMO standards, including schedule baselines, status reports, and decision logs.
- Identify and escalate cross-project supply chain conflicts or shared contract manufacturer capacity constraints.
- Support continuous improvement of contract manufacturer coordination processes and PMO templates relevant to hardware projects.
Who You Are and What You Bring
- 5+ years of proven experience within the Project Management / Contract Manufacturer
- Bachelors degree in a relevant or associated discipline
- Leadership, decision-making and conflict resolution
- Working in a team and ability to work with different personality types
- Resourcefulness and problem solving in service of project execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable skills in working with various tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Project or similar Gantt charting software, Atlassian suite of products including Confluence and Jira
Desired But Not Required
- Experience working within or alongside a PMO in a structured governance environment.
- Familiarity with stage-gate project management frameworks.
- Exposure to ERP or MRP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent).
- Understanding of electronics, BOM structures, component lead time management, and contract manufacturer quoting processes.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $111,000 – $174,000. Pay ranges are determined by role, job level and primary job location. The range displayed reflects the reasonable range we anticipate paying for this position and reflects the cost of labor within several U.S. geographic markets. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including but not limited to the candidates relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each position. Pay ranges are typically reviewed and updated annually.
