About this role

Marketing team:

We're looking for someone to own the bank's organic social media end to end: from the content plan to publishing and figuring out why a post took off or didn't. Everything is built in-house, with no agencies involved.

Challenges that await you:

- Run the content plan for Instagram and Facebook, with a distinct format and tone for each platform, and publish posts yourself

- Build content around Mexican cultural codes, current internet culture and art

- Set up in-house production: scripts, storyboards, references, and working with designers and motion designers

- Regularly review hits and flops, spot patterns and scale what works

- Monitor SOV, sentiment and competitors through social listening together with the marketing analytics team, and adjust tactics and strategy based on shared findings

- Stay in sync with the product team: prioritize announcements, understand features and explain them simply and clearly to the audience

What makes you a great fit:

- 3+ years in social media, ideally in fintech, banking or another high-trust industry

- Experience creating aesthetic or art-driven content for social media

- Comfort working with data: reach, engagement rate, performance by format and competitor benchmarking

- Basic knowledge of contemporary art and visual culture, and a strong eye for Mexican creative work

- Ability to quickly understand a financial product and explain it in plain language

- Native or C1 Spanish, B2+ English

- Experience using AI tools in production and strategy is a strong plus

Our ways of working:

- Innovative Spirit : A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions.

- Honest Feedback : valuing open, transparent communication.

- Supportive Team : a strong, collaborative community.

- Celebrating Achievements : recognizing our wins together.

- High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances.
