Job Summary

Signals is coming in-house. You will take ownership of the CI/CD pipeline and test infrastructure that Signals engineers depend on every day, currently operated by a third-party vendor. This is a critical-path role for the Signals insourcing program: nothing ships until the pipeline is ours.

About the Role

Signals is coming in-house. You will take ownership of the CI/CD pipeline and test infrastructure that Signals engineers depend on every day, currently operated by a third-party vendor. This is a critical-path role for the Signals insourcing program: nothing ships until the pipeline is ours.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the Signals CI/CD pipeline and test infrastructure end to end.

- Design and execute handoff of pipeline components from the current vendor.

- Build fast, reliable, observable build and test cycles.

- Partner with Engineering Services on shared pipeline standards across programs.

- Establish pipeline health metrics and an on-call rotation for build infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years in test infrastructure or CI/CD engineering, including production pipeline ownership.

- Deep hands-on experience with modern CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent).

- Containerized build environments and test orchestration at scale.

- Track record operating pipelines as products, with real SLOs and observability.

Nice to Have

- Prior experience insourcing infrastructure from a third-party vendor.

- Video or streaming platform CI/CD experience.

- Multi-team platform work supporting several product lines from one pipeline.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $165,000 to $195,000 (DOE)
