We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Facilities Management Professional to support the maintenance, safety, appearance and overall operation of our dealership facilities throughout the Tucson area. This role plays a key part in maintaining and improving our facilitys operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary based on the level of the position and may include:

- Oversee and assist with the day-to-day maintenance and repair needs of dealership facilities.

- Perform routine facility inspections and identify maintenance, safety, or repair concerns.

- Coordinate and/or perform general repairs and preventative maintenance.

- Respond to facility-related service requests and prioritize work based on urgency and operational needs.

- Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for repairs, maintenance, inspections, and special projects.

- Assist with obtaining bids, scheduling vendors, and monitoring work to ensure projects are completed appropriately and timely.

- Monitor building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and other facility equipment.

- Help maintain dealership grounds, parking areas, exterior lighting, signage, and overall property appearance.

- Support facility improvement, renovation, and special projects.

- Maintain appropriate records related to repairs, inspections, preventative maintenance, and vendor services.

- Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate steps to address or report concerns.

- Assist with emergency facility issues as needed.

- Work collaboratively with dealership management and other departments to minimize disruption to business operations.

- Provide direction and oversight to facilities personnel and help establish priorities, schedules, and expectations.

- Perform other facilities-related duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in facilities management, building maintenance, property maintenance, construction, skilled trades, or a related field preferred.

- Working knowledge of general building maintenance and repair.

- Experience coordinating contractors and outside service providers is preferred.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and service requests across different locations.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with dealership management and employees.

- Must be dependable, professional, safety-conscious, and attentive to detail.

- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

- Ability to travel between Tucson-area dealership locations as needed.
