About this role

Hill International is seeking a Resident Engineer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This position is open to collect resumes in anticipation of upcoming work.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management of heavy civil engineering projects.
- Approximately 5 years or more of supervisory experience in the management of heavy civil infrastructure construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
- Experience as a Resident Engineer, Construction Manager, or Project Manager on rail projects.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer and/or Certified Construction Manager preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License.
