Employee Relations Lead Analyst, Compliance and Reporting

Bring your judgment, empathy, and compliance expertise to a role that helps employees and leaders navigate complex workplace needs with clarity and care. You will lead the review of workplace accommodation requests, strengthen employment compliance practices, and turn Employee Relations data into insights that support a fair and responsive employee experience.

Responsibilities

·    Lead the review of reasonable accommodation requests under applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including disability, pregnancy, and religious accommodations.

·    Guide employees and leaders through the interactive process; assess each request, identify reasonable solutions, document decisions, and communicate outcomes with care and clarity.

·    Partner with Legal and other stakeholders on complex accommodation matters and emerging compliance risks.

·    Review proposed contract language and recommend approval, revision, or rejection to align with Employee Relations policies and government contractor requirements.

·    Support Department of Labor, client, and other government audits by preparing accurate data, explaining relevant policies, and responding to information requests.

·    Maintain Employee Relations policy and resource portals, helping translate new or changing legal requirements into clear policies, processes, and communications.

Required Qualifications

·    3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, leave management, workplace accommodations, or a related field.

·    Experience reviewing complex workplace accommodation requests and facilitating the interactive process with employees and leaders.

·    Working knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws, including requirements related to reasonable accommodations.

·    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain sensitive decisions respectfully and tailor guidance to different audiences.

·    Ability to influence, mediate, and build practical solutions with managers, Legal, and other key stakeholders.

·    Ability to manage deadlines, handle sensitive information, work independently, and exercise sound judgment.

·    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables, charts, graphs, data formatting, and presentation development.

* This position follows a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Preferred Qualifications

·    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Labor Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

·    Experience drafting written accommodation determinations and reviewing contract language for policy or government contractor compliance.

·    Experience supporting employment compliance reporting, affirmative action planning, audits, or requests for proposal.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 75,400 - 125,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
